Pride Health is hiring a MEDICAL DOCTOR NUEROLOGY to support our client’s medical facility based in ALBANY, NEWYORK. This permanent opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Specialty: Neurology (general care, with some subspecialty opportunities like MS and Headache Center)
- Position Type: Full-time, outpatient with shared rotational call
- Location: Troy, NY
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Additional Responsibilities: EMG/NCS and EEG performance, sleep study reading available
- Practice Setup: 3 full-time physicians, 3 advanced practitioners, and hospitalist support
- Fellowship Training: Not required, but welcome
- Experience Required: Applicants must have experience (not accepting new grads or locum candidates)
Essential Requirements:
- Board Certification: In Neurology (required)
- Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain a NY state license
- Skills: Must be able to perform EMG/NCS and EEG
- Practice Focus: General neurological care
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $2900,000 – $300,000, excluding performance bonuses and other compensation
- Incentives: Starting bonus, CME allowance, extra shift pay, etc.
- Other Benefits: Health/vision/dental insurance, paid malpractice, CME time, retirement savings program with employer match, relocation allowance, paid time away from practice
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness: Available
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
