Strategic Solutions Management Consultants (SSMC) provides full-service medical billing and practice management, delivering not only transactional services but also strategic insights through a team of experienced billers, coders, and consultants.

Position: Medical Biller (SSMC)
As a Medical Biller at SSMC, you will work directly with assigned clients—including provider offices, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities—to support billing operations. Responsibilities include claim submissions, statement processing, reporting, and providing comprehensive billing support. Success in this role means maintaining high productivity and quality standards to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience required

  • Experience in a medical office setting highly preferred

  • Knowledge of medical billing/collections and familiarity with Medent preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
