Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and personable Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant with excellent communication skills to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with patients and creating a welcoming environment while contributing to the clinic’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients warmly, ensuring a positive and supportive experience during their visit.
• Accurately gather patient history, vital signs, and other medical information with attention to detail.
• Clearly and compassionately communicate clinic policies, procedures, and care instructions to patients.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist with patient care tasks as directed by the provider.
• Efficiently schedule appointments, manage phone inquiries, and handle patient follow-ups.
• Maintain organized and accurate medical records in compliance with clinic standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience.
• Uphold confidentiality and provide culturally sensitive care.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
• Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience in a clinical setting (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating positive patient interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.

• Flexibility to work between 12–30 hours per week based on clinic needs.
