Job Summary

Under the direction of the supervisor, this role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, loading, and shipping products to customers, as well as replenishing inventory stock in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately perform unit and case picking.
  • Follow goods-in procedures to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Conduct order audits to ensure quality assurance.
  • Review product orders and correct any errors as needed.
  • Adhere to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the role.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 3+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Certification or experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks is strongly preferred (training available).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and basic math and reading skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with computer software, automation systems, and RF scanners.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work.

Physical Requirements:

  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift (varies per shift).
  • Ability to lift 20-40 lbs repetitively throughout the shift; heavier items require team lifts.
  • Must be able to work in refrigerated/cold environments as needed.
  • May require extended hours based on operational needs.
  • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently throughout the day.
  • Finger dexterity required for operating office equipment.
  • Strong vision acuity for reading fine prints, color differentiation, and focus adjustment.
  • Ability to hear and respond to normal voice sounds in a busy work environment.
