We are looking for a motivated and talented marketing copywriter to join our team and drive engagement, usage, and conversions across various channels. As the voice of our brand, you will create compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and inspire action.
Responsibilities:
- Craft engaging short-form content for email marketing, in-app communications, SMS, landing pages, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop omni-channel campaigns aimed at increasing engagement, usage, and conversions.
- Use emotional storytelling and our brand voice to create authentic connections with our audience, driving engagement and brand loyalty.
- Research and understand our target audience to produce compelling copy.
- Simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Enhance our brand voice and tone, elevating it across all touchpoints.
- Conduct A/B testing of different copy versions to optimize results.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in content writing or copywriting, preferably in the tech, finance, or fintech industries.
- Must have experience within B2C, Consumer Finance Space (acquisition and user retention strategy).
- Strong background in short-form copywriting towards end-users and customers (in-app, email, SMS)
- A strong writing portfolio is preferred.
- A passionate and exceptional writer with experience in consumer finance and/or fintech.
- Creative thinker with original ideas.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging material.
- Data-driven mindset focused on results.
- Ability to manage multiple writing assignments and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and effective time management and communication skills.
- Self-starter who learns quickly and takes ownership.
