Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation – Develop engaging content including blog posts, articles, newsletters, social media materials, and internal/external communications. Collaborate with strategic marketing teams, product teams, internal communication teams, and external agencies to align messaging.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate reports, and continuously optimize strategies through A/B testing and new initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Insights – Summarize key insights and conversations to develop actionable, client-facing reports that drive optimization and engagement.
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration – Work with channel managers to integrate key initiatives into outbound marketing tools and programs, enhancing customer engagement and accelerating adoption.
  • Project Management – Oversee multiple active and upcoming projects from start to finish, managing timelines, milestones, resource needs, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in a large corporate environment (experience in home improvement or construction is a plus)
  • Strong background in digital media, SEO, and social media management
  • Familiarity with content management tools such as Sprinklr, Netbase, or Sprout is preferred
