Marketing Specialist – Revenova
Revenova, a leading provider of CRM-powered TMS solutions, seeks a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role focuses on social media content creation (60%) and event planning and execution (40%).
Responsibilities:

Events:
- Develop and implement event strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Plan and execute all event aspects (logistics, budgeting, vendors, on-site coordination).
- Create event marketing materials (invitations, promotions, follow-ups).
- Manage event registration and attendee communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to secure speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and venues.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Social Media:
- Create and execute social media content strategies, focusing on short-form video.
- Monitor and analyze event and social media performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of event planning experience, preferably in B2B software/technology.
- Proven ability to plan and execute events of various scales.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software, 1 social media platforms, and content creation tools.
