Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote company products and services.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Oversee SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Content Development: Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including website updates, blogs, and promotional content.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Event & Promotional Planning: Organize and execute trade shows, promotional events, and brand activations to maximize market presence.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure uniform messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an office-based marketing role or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with graphic design, content creation, and CRM tools is a plus.
