Successful Marketing Manager Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of automotive brands, ensuring alignment with each brand’s CI guidelines, voice, sales events, monthly offers, and design requirements.
  • Develop and refine marketing campaigns, leveraging brand-specific expertise and industry best practices.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, testing, and execution.
  • Collaborate with designers and email marketing managers to create engaging, data-driven campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance, extract meaningful insights, and suggest data-backed improvements.
  • Enhance customer journeys by implementing strategic updates and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
  • Lead brand-specific initiatives, such as developing creative briefs, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Craft compelling marketing copy that aligns with brand messaging, working closely with designers, editors, and developers.
  • Maintain compliance approvals for brand portfolio marketing efforts.
  • Work with designers, developers, and editors to ensure marketing campaigns are executed accurately.
  • Proofread, approve campaigns, and verify client data before deployment.
  • Gain a deep understanding of campaign variables and logic, ensuring precise data-driven content execution.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on OEM marketing strategies, sales events, and vehicle launches.
  • Respond to marketing-related inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of executing effective campaigns and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with CDPs or marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, balancing both short-term and long-term projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong project management capabilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset, identifying workflow improvements and creative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, overseeing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proven ability to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Experience with marketing technology implementation.
  • Vendor sourcing and relationship management experience.
  • Proficiency in project-management tools (Airtable preferred).
