Our client, a leading provider of cloud accounting software for mid-market businesses in the UK, is seeking a Marketing Manager – Not For Profit to spearhead marketing initiatives for its nonprofit vertical. As a Marketing Manager – Not For Profit, you will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence key stakeholders to maximize impact. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution to engage nonprofit audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Developing Marketing Strategies for the Nonprofit Sector

  • Create and implement a marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Identify unique challenges faced by nonprofits and tailor campaigns accordingly.

Lead Generation & Engagement

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality nonprofit leads.
  • Leverage digital, email, and content marketing to nurture prospects and drive conversions.

Event & Content Marketing

  • Oversee participation in nonprofit industry events, including conferences and webinars.
  • Develop sector-specific marketing materials, such as case studies and thought leadership content.

Strategic Partnerships & Brand Growth

  • Build relationships with nonprofit associations to increase credibility and reach.
  • Establish partnerships to strengthen the company’s presence in the nonprofit space.

Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and measure campaign success using RevOps tools.
  • Refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in the nonprofit sector.
  • Proven expertise in B2B marketing, multi-channel campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging data for growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Established network within the nonprofit industry is a plus.
