About the Job
Avison Young, a global commercial real estate firm, seeks a Marketing Manager for their Florida Region. This role focuses on new business development, brand elevation, and property marketing support, and also involves managing the marketing team across five Florida offices and contributing to the South Region marketing team.
The primary focus is sales support, including developing marketing materials for new business pursuits. The Marketing Manager is the creative lead on top-tier projects, providing creative ideas, brand oversight, and visual solutions. They provide quality oversight on high-profile initiatives, oversee multimedia content creation, participate in client presentations, serve as the “knowledge hub” for Florida service lines, develop multi-channel marketing plans, collaborate with the Market Intelligence team, develop the regional digital and web strategy, organize events, and ensure brand adherence.
Other qualifications/skills include advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, strong creative design skills, a client service orientation, the ability to work effectively in teams, the ability to manage multiple projects, and strong project/process management skills. 6-8 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, design, communication, or journalism) are required. Commercial real estate experience is a plus.
