Our client is an innovative, PE-backed hospitality startup, uniquely positioned at the intersection of pod hotels, lifestyle hostels, and budget hotels. With its first property launching in 2025 and several more projects lined up for 2029, this is a thrilling opportunity to be part of something transformative in the heart of London.
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be a pivotal figure in driving the success of this exciting new venture. Based in Soho, London, and reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy. Your focus will be to raise awareness of the new brand and drive bookings for the properties, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement across all channels.
You’ll also oversee day-to-day communications between the business and its branding, digital, and communications agencies, ensuring their performance aligns with expectations and deliver results.
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven background in performance marketing, ideally from within hospitality, retail, or the agency world. You should be highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment.
