The Role:

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Manager who not only generates great ideas but also has the skills and initiative to execute them effectively. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing strategy, bridging the gap between marketing and sales to drive business success. You’ll also play a key role in encouraging and guiding the team to produce engaging content, including video and social media posts etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to support business growth.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns that align with business objectives.

• Create high-quality marketing literature, documents, and content targeted at clients, potential clients, and industry stakeholders.

• Inspire and support the team to engage in video content creation and social media activities to enhance brand presence.

• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.

• Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a strong, hands-on approach.

SaaS industry experience is essential.

• Strong understanding of the synergy between marketing and sales; you should be able to work seamlessly with the sales team to drive results.

• Ability to create compelling marketing materials and documentation.

• A proactive, ‘can do’ attitude with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, scaling business environment.

• Ability to motivate and empower the team to step out of their comfort zones, contributing to video content and social media initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills and a personable, engaging personality.
