The Advocate Group is excited to be working with a leading drinks business, on the hunt for an experienced Marketing Manager to deliver growth for a portfolio of standout brands across Southern Europe & Ireland!

The Role:

  • Develop and execute Integrated Brand Plans and activation strategies in line with Global Brand Bibles and toolkits, working closely with the Head of Marketing, Regional, and Global Brand Teams.
  • Provide insights into local consumer and shopper trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Execute local brand activations through an omnichannel approach, ensuring compliance with global guidelines and local legislation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to optimise activity delivery and maintain open communication.
  • Deliver brand targets through sound financial planning, people management, and system/process alignment.
  • Track, review, and adjust annual plans, KPIs, and targets with stakeholders, ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Teams to develop customised, segment-specific plans identified through the Route to Consumer process.
  • Adapt global toolkits and communication materials to support local plans and provide feedback to Global Brand Teams on local needs.
  • Manage and control the A&P budget to improve return on investment and optimise short- and long-term growth.

About You:

  • Proven experience in brand management, ideally within a global or regional company.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, P&L management, and budget control.
  • Experience in building and executing brand strategies with a focus on consumer insights and local market trends.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and global brand teams.
  • Experience in managing omnichannel marketing initiatives, and knowledge of local market regulations.
