Responsibilities:
- Marketing Manager Develop marketing plans and implement strategies for the opening of new stores and the introduction of new products in overseas markets, in accordance with headquarters’ plans.
- Formulate marketing strategies tailored to the development of Heytea’s stores based on the needs of overseas markets. Execute marketing plans considering local offline characteristics of stores.
- Manage business negotiations with third-party online platforms (e.g., food delivery services), formulate local operating strategies, and enhance store sales.
- Conduct data analysis, market research, and industry analysis for overseas market users and competitor companies. Assist headquarters in planning Heytea’s medium to long-term overseas market strategy.
Requirements:
- Marketing Manager With extensive marketing experience in the catering and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry (5 years or more).
- Marketing Manager Proficiency in English&Chinese as working language.
- Deep understanding of new media, market operations, and user demands.
- Strong strategic and global awareness, with a strict focus on Return on Investment (ROI).
- Possess market resources, be familiar with the industry, and have a keen insight into market trends.
- Familiarity with and understanding of overseas markets, with a preference for candidates with overseas living or studying experience.
