What You Bring To The Role
- 4+ years Marketing experience, bonus in a high growth start up or scale up environment
- Experience in Content Marketing with a focus in SEO copywriting, Social Media content and more
- You’re passionate and knowledgeable about climate change, sustainability and/or the electric car industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets, and develop, own and deliver to a content calendar.
- Create assets such as whitepapers, social / blog posts, case studies, webcasts, webinars, email cadences and more.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and external freelancers to enhance SEO and SEM for our websites and digital platforms, with a focus on improving search engine rankings.
- Lead on Marketing Campaign planning including special projects, seasonal activations and more. Coordinate across the Marketing team and broader business to execute marketing campaigns from start to finish, leverage internal & external support and drive collaboration.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and design teams to plan and develop website content, style and layout – as well as Sales & Marketing collateral.
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase brand exposure, web traffic and leads.
- Communicate content strategy and results with stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics – on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Own and develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets with support from an external Designer
- Support the Marketing Director with all relevant events and exhibitions we will attend over the year. We’re a young company, so we’re looking for someone who is ready to get involved!
