Marketing Lead – Animal Health & Agriculture

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, incorporating digital strategies that align with company goals.
- Work closely with product managers, business development teams, and senior leadership.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, ensuring effective positioning and messaging.
- Support market research and customer surveys to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and value for investment.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive marketing experience, ideally within animal-related industries.
- A background in science is preferred but not essential.
- Proven leadership and line management experience.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A full UK driving licence with willingness for occasional travel.
