Marketing Internship – Responsibilities

  • Support various brand-building initiatives, including executing 360-degree marketing strategies, coordinating seasonal photo shoots, and assisting with events.
  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, posting, community engagement, performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with brands to develop, manage, and execute seasonal marketing campaigns and eCommerce photo shoots.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing calendars and coordinate strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar, incorporating key dates for brand activations, eCommerce, digital, and retail events.
  • Conduct competitive research, analyzing industry trends and monitoring market activity among competitors.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Must be a current college undergraduate (Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate by Summer 2025) to qualify.
  • Available to work on-site in Los Angeles for the full 10-week program from early June to mid-August.
  • Passion for the fashion industry, demonstrated through academic coursework, internships, extracurricular activities, or relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail while thinking creatively.
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of technical and design capability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and both PC and Mac operating systems.
