Requirements
- Full ownership of the end to end CRM process, including. creation and delivery of the CRM strategy to align with company KPI’s
- Developing automation programmes across email, and in-app channels for marketing and transactional communications
- Ability to set up campaigns and provide ongoing campaign optimisation through learning and innovation
- Implementation of customer segment plans
- Creating test plans that can drive growth
- Liaising with internal support to provide creative for CRM
- Copywriting for all CRM activity – push and email
- Focusing on improvements to response rates, engagement, conversion, % AOV, customer retention rates, frequency of visits and purchases
- Measurement and reporting (internally) of all activity, including presentations when required
- Creating roadmaps for future activity
