Are you a passionate Marketing Coordinator with a flair for architecture and design? A leading global firm is on the hunt for someone just like you! What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the Charge: Oversee the production of proposals for smaller projects from start to finish.
- Team Player: Assist in preparing and submitting various proposals, qualification packages, and interview presentations.
- Strategic Thinker: Dive into research and strategy development for proposals, including selecting the best consultants.
- Opportunity Seeker: Scout procurement sites for relevant RFQs/RFPs and develop opportunity assessments.
- Collaborator: Participate in internal meetings focused on client development and project pursuits.
- Creative Guru: Develop and maintain marketing materials like qualification packages, interview materials, project sheets, resumes, and other targeted content.
- Data Whiz: Help keep project data and marketing collateral up-to-date in the firm’s knowledge management systems.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Bonus Points: Experience in the A/E/C industry and familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint/OpenAsset.’
