Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives across email, events, social media, and content marketing.
  • Independently coordinate marketing and community events, managing logistics, registrations, vendor coordination, itineraries, and marketing materials.
  • Oversee product, event, and content email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, scheduling, testing, and managing databases.
  • Create, proofread, and edit content for various marketing channels while ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Support the development and execution of content and social media marketing strategies, including blog management and public relations efforts.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness, providing detailed reports.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives while maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for strategic growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in copywriting and proofreading.
  • Solid understanding of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social media, digital, and email marketing (experience in legal marketing is a plus).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
