Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and expand our social media presence by creating engaging content, optimizing performance, and fostering audience interaction across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend trade shows, overseeing logistics, booth design, and promotional materials to maximize brand visibility.
  • Develop compelling marketing content, including web pages, sales collateral, digital ads, blogs, newsletters, and trade show materials.
  • Oversee the production and inventory of promotional items such as giveaways and branded apparel.
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the company’s brand voice.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) library, ensuring all sales collateral is up-to-date and readily accessible.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Work closely with the East Coast marketing team as needed, which may require availability for early morning calls.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Hands-on experience in social media marketing, with familiarity with tools like Hootsuite being a plus.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create content tailored for different formats such as blogs, press releases, ads, and emails.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and PPC campaign management.
  • Experience in trade show and event planning, with strong project management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and brand consistency.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.

  • Experience in B2B marketing within technical or manufacturing industries.

  • This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
