Marketing Communications Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute customer-facing email campaigns, including modifying workflow templates, uploading email templates, and managing content reviews before deployment.
- Oversee employee and Ambassador email campaigns, ensuring audience lists and templates are properly modified and uploaded.
- Conduct live proofing of customer email and SMS communications to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Perform monthly audits of recurring campaigns to verify content accuracy and ensure workflows function correctly.
- Track and maintain campaign performance metrics and generate reports as needed.
- Provide campaign analytics and insights to stakeholders and marketing teams upon request.
- Document marketing processes and contribute to the development of technical training materials.
- Research industry trends and best practices to propose innovative email and SMS campaign strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in marketing or communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in email and/or SMS marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools, particularly Adobe Campaign.
- Exposure to project management principles through coursework or professional experience.
