About the job

The Campaign Specialist will work closely with the Campaign Manager, serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients and partners to drive the successful planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact between the Campaign Manager and various internal departments (data, IT, etc.) as well as external vendors and clients.

Manage and maintain proprietary client tools, ensuring accurate setup, data structure, business rules and functionality to support campaign execution and reporting requirements.

Conduct data analysis and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaign strategies and improve ROI.

Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, tracking progress and addressing any potential roadblocks to maintain on-time delivery.

Perform data manipulation and normalization to ensure consistency and accuracy across datasets, and conduct data research and enrichment to enhance campaign performance.

In addition, the successful Campaign Specialist will also be able to quickly demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • The ability to maintain a close, healthy working relationship with the client
  • Is capable of promoting other Massini Group services to the client (as needed)
  • Is able to assist the database team with technical tasks when needed

Job Qualifications:

Education: B.S./B.A. or A.A. plus 1-3 years experience in a related field

Technical Skills:

Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Access, SQL, Tableau or similar tools, complemented by project management experience. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of database infrastructure, relationships, and statistical analysis (a

statistics background is a plus). One or more years of experience in business-to-business database marketing is highly desired.

Personal Skills:

Must be detailed oriented and posses the ability to execute highly structured tasks on a repeatable basis. A successful candidate will be an assertive problem solver with demonstrated strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to properly prioritize tasks despite competing client requirements is desired.
