Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements that align with Upgrades and Trades campaign strategies, ensuring the creation of compelling marketing materials.
  • Contribute to customer-level contact strategies and identify testing opportunities for new Upgrades products.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, including scheduling campaigns for new card products and conducting business-as-usual audits.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail, effectively managing multiple campaigns and project workstreams simultaneously.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in business strategy, applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential challenges.
  • Perform audits on key campaign processes to ensure flawless execution.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on marketing communications development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, campaigns, and tasks effectively.
  • Thrives in high-pressure environments, meeting deadlines with efficiency.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking, anticipating potential issues before they arise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
