Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements that align with Upgrades and Trades campaign strategies, ensuring the creation of compelling marketing materials.
- Contribute to customer-level contact strategies and identify testing opportunities for new Upgrades products.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, including scheduling campaigns for new card products and conducting business-as-usual audits.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail, effectively managing multiple campaigns and project workstreams simultaneously.
- Adapt quickly to changes in business strategy, applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential challenges.
- Perform audits on key campaign processes to ensure flawless execution.
Required Skills:
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on marketing communications development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, campaigns, and tasks effectively.
- Thrives in high-pressure environments, meeting deadlines with efficiency.
- Proactive and forward-thinking, anticipating potential issues before they arise.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams.
