Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media analytics strategy to measure organic content performance and gain insights through social listening.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics across all organic social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok, to evaluate content effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Leverage social listening tools to gather insights on brand sentiment, audience preferences, industry trends, and competitive activity.
  • In crisis communication scenarios, use social listening to assess the situation, identify key stakeholders and influencers, and provide strategic recommendations in collaboration with the communications team and senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, follower growth, share of voice, and sentiment analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance organic content performance, improve engagement, and drive website traffic—collaborating across teams to implement and test hypotheses.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and analytics tools to ensure the application of best practices and identify new growth opportunities.
