  • Manage, develop, and hire for a rapidly growing team of talented SDRs focused on existing customers.
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales development goals related to account expansion and pipeline growth.
  • Track key sales development metrics: e.g., Sales Qualified Opportunities (pipeline generation) and Late Stage Opportunities (pipeline progression) generated from existing accounts, and report data to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in outreach playbooks, prospecting cadences, and messaging strategies specifically designed for deepening relationships with current clients.
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives that reward successful cross-sell engagements and foster continuous professional development.
  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement, ensuring your team is passionate, customer-centric, and collaborative.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3+ years of experience in a dedicated sales or sales leadership role. Preferably focused on expansion.
  • Have worked at a high-growth tech company that sells into various markets and segments.
  • Highly fluent in designing and implementing outbound sales development playbooks, cadences, and best practices—particularly those tailored to account expansion and cross-selling.
  • Experience with scaling an SDR team and can think through career paths, compensation plans, and segmenting responsibilities to maximise impact within existing customer bases.
  • You use data and analytics to drive your decision-making process, identify areas for improvement, and measure progress in expanding current customer relationships.
  • Great at motivating and inspiring SDRs to build multi-stakeholder relationships, consult customers on their internal processes, and unlock new opportunities within established accounts.
  • Native or fully proficient in english. Any other European language would be a plus.
