What You’ll Be Responsible For

🌟 Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a results-driven SDR team.

  • Set clear goals, provide consistent feedback, and foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and resilience.

  • Support career development and drive performance through coaching and professional growth opportunities.

📈 Pipeline Development

  • Design and execute outbound strategies targeting key accounts through intent signals, personalization, and account-based outreach.

  • Utilize tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive effective engagement and streamline workflows.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and execution.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align on messaging, campaigns, and target accounts.

  • Share valuable insights from the SDR team to influence strategy across Marketing, Product, and Sales.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize outbound efforts in line with business goals.

📊 Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as activity levels, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

  • Use data to uncover trends, optimize processes, and improve team performance.

  • Provide regular reports and performance insights to stakeholders across the business.

🔄 Continuous Improvement

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and modern outbound sales techniques.

  • Collaborate with GTM Enablement and PeopleOps to develop a structured SDR certification and growth program.

  • Train SDRs on best practices in prospecting, objection handling, and qualification.

  • Experiment with and refine multi-channel outreach strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance engagement.


What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 2 years leading or coaching an outbound SDR team.

  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline generation goals.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align efforts across Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation.

  • Excellent communicator and inspirational team leader.

  • Passion for developing talent in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

  • Data-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to decision-making.


Bonus Points For

  • Expertise in account-based marketing, multi-channel outreach, and signal-driven prospecting.

  • Experience in legal tech or document management software.

  • Familiarity with tools like Demandbase, 6sense, or similar platforms.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, SalesLoft, or Gong Engage.
