Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple social media marketing campaigns, including community engagement, creative development, and strategic execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Brand Marketing, and Research, to align social strategies with broader company goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with talent, representatives, and studio partners to enhance brand presence.
• Develop and drive both organic and paid social content strategies to generate engagement, spark conversations, and boost earned media for original titles.
• Regularly analyze performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Social Media Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within a streaming company or entertainment studio.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• A keen creative eye and a strong understanding of content strategy.
• Proven experience managing external agencies, talent, and partnerships independently.
• Demonstrated success in growing social media followings across multiple platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of the entertainment social media landscape, platform best practices, and evolving consumer behaviors.
