Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
- Conduct plumbing and pipe fitting work.
- Carry out gas welding and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
- Handle reactive call-outs and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and deadlines.
- Utilize and update the company’s CMMS system.
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of post-apprenticeship experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Expertise in plumbing, pipe fitting, and fault detection.
- Familiarity with BMS systems (preferred but not essential).
- Full, clean driver’s license required.
Additional Advantageous Skills
- Experience with commercial boilers, air handling units, and supply/extract fans.
- Knowledge of single splits, VRV systems, and chillers.
- RGI certification (preferred but not essential).
