What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Adobe Research to develop cutting-edge machine learning models.
  • Design, build, and deploy applications powered by predictive and generative models, focusing on autonomous agents and agentic frameworks for adaptive decision-making.
  • Implement ML-Ops best practices to create scalable, efficient, and reliable machine learning workflows.
  • Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and production operations.
  • Analyze data to recommend the best predictive models, quality metrics, and governance strategies.

What You Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics with 2+ years of applied AI/ML experience, including model development, evaluation, and deployment; or an M.S. in a related field.
  • Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and analytics, with a proven track record of solving complex problems using these techniques.
  • Experience in building large-scale data pipelines for machine learning applications.
  • The ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Scala, Java, or SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, SparkML, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • A background in collaborating with both research and product teams to bring innovative solutions to life.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong ability to build meaningful relationships across teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Adobe’s compensation is structured based on U.S. geographic markets and varies by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The salary range for this position is $102,400 – $196,300 annually, with specific details shared during the hiring process.

For sales roles, compensation includes base salary + commission, while for non-sales roles, compensation includes base salary + Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives, such as equity awards.
