We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Graduate Logistics or Supply Chain Coordinator to support our clients supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, competent with Excel and a fast learner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast demand and plan orders across 900+ stock lines
  • Monitor production and shipments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate supply chain updates across the organisation
  • Process inbound stock and update supplier buying schedules
  • Assist with quality issues and manage spare parts ordering
  • Process shipping documents and invoices
  • Analyse customer forecasts and integrate into demand planning

Essential Skills:

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related field
  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

Package:

  • £25,000 – £30,000 base salary (depending on experience) + discretionary staff bonus
  • Hours 9am to 5.30pm with 4pm finish Fridays
  • 35 days holiday per annum
  • Free on-site parking
