Responsibilities

  • Stock Transfers: Efficiently process stock transfers in and out of the NY Platform for all sales networks, PR shoots, and events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Shipment Preparation: Pack shipments according to Richemont’s established shipping policies, using appropriate packaging based on the product’s requirements.
  • Logistics Coordination: Receive and dispatch packages to armed couriers for inbound and outbound shipments, following scheduled timelines and scanning all shipments into the inventory management system.
  • Import/Export Support: Collaborate with the Supply Chain Services team to address import/export inquiries and ensure compliance with Maison-specific requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct inventory counts as needed to maintain accurate stock records.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods (2–4 hours or as needed).
  • Experience handling high-value products is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
