About the Job

Job Description:
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that engage, retain, and expand our customer base across 18+ Zerorez Corporate locations. This role will focus on enhancing the customer journey through targeted email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a passion for crafting personalized experiences that foster customer loyalty and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email and SMS campaigns, automated workflows, and transactional messaging to boost engagement, retention, and revenue across multiple locations.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize strategies for local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions, ROI) to identify areas for improvement and testing opportunities.
  • Provide performance insights and recommendations to Regional Marketing Managers and marketing leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and TCPA regulations.
  • Stay up to date on lifecycle marketing trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in lifecycle and email marketing, preferably in a B2C setting.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation strategies, A/B testing, and email deliverability best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with copywriters and designers to create compelling marketing assets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of CAN-SPAM compliance regulations.
  • Basic HTML knowledge (preferred).
