Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Join Our Caring Team!
Are you a compassionate and skilled LPN looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our dedicated team at our 20-suite nursing home or 18-suite Assisted Living Memory Care, where you will provide direct patient care while fostering a supportive and warm environment for our residents. Your expertise, empathy, and commitment to teamwork will be valued and appreciated every day.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills with up-to-date healthcare knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Experience working with older adults or supervising nursing assistants (preferred)
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- BLS certification required
- A passion for excellence and a heart for people
