Lead Sales Manager | Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Drive sales of payment gateway solutions and additional payment providers tailored to client needs.
  • Expand and manage a high-value portfolio of partners and clients.
  • Facilitate seamless client onboarding and collaborate with internal teams for smooth setup.

Team Leadership & Process Optimization

  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring efficient processes and performance.
  • Maintain and update CRM, Jira, and Confluence for accurate tracking.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the Head of Department and C-level executives.

Industry Engagement & Market Expansion

  • Represent SOFTSWISS at global exhibitions and industry events.
  • Develop strong relationships with fintech, gaming, and high-risk sector clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in Fintech, Payments, or Gateway solutions.
  • Advanced English proficiency (for client and internal communication).
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and analytical skills.
  • Experience building long-term client relationships.

Nice to Have

 Experience in high-risk verticals (iGaming, Forex, Adult).
 Background in PSP (Payment Service Provider) solutions.
 Knowledge of banking and global payment methods.
 Additional language skills (Bulgarian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew).
