Lead Sales Manager | Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Drive sales of payment gateway solutions and additional payment providers tailored to client needs.
- Expand and manage a high-value portfolio of partners and clients.
- Facilitate seamless client onboarding and collaborate with internal teams for smooth setup.
Team Leadership & Process Optimization
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring efficient processes and performance.
- Maintain and update CRM, Jira, and Confluence for accurate tracking.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Head of Department and C-level executives.
Industry Engagement & Market Expansion
- Represent SOFTSWISS at global exhibitions and industry events.
- Develop strong relationships with fintech, gaming, and high-risk sector clients.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in Fintech, Payments, or Gateway solutions.
- Advanced English proficiency (for client and internal communication).
- Strong negotiation, sales, and analytical skills.
- Experience building long-term client relationships.
Nice to Have
Experience in high-risk verticals (iGaming, Forex, Adult).
Background in PSP (Payment Service Provider) solutions.
Knowledge of banking and global payment methods.
Additional language skills (Bulgarian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew).
