Lead Generation Specialist – Omaha, NE
Advance Services is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Omaha-based client’s team. This role focuses on expanding market reach and increasing brand visibility by identifying and engaging potential opportunities through strategic outreach and multi-channel marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a mechanical mindset, a basic understanding of sales, and the ability to create and distribute marketing materials. While based in Omaha, this position requires occasional overnight travel for customer visits, prospect meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
- Utilize multiple marketing channels to boost brand awareness and generate interest.
- Establish connections with prospective customers, fostering relationships to kickstart the sales process.
- Assess and qualify leads based on interest, budget, and alignment with company offerings.
- Track and manage lead interactions using CRM software, ensuring smooth progression through the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the sales team for seamless lead handoffs.
- Continuously evaluate and refine lead generation tactics and outreach strategies.
- Provide support to the customer service team when needed.
- Travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or lead generation (preferred but not required).
- Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
- Comfortable working independently and in a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred).
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required (some college coursework or a degree is preferred).
