Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center (IDCC) is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) that delivers comprehensive mental health, substance abuse, and social services to over 10,000 individuals each year through our five mental health clinics located across Brooklyn.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Director in leading agency transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct training and facilitation in Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs), providing coaching to clinicians and supervisors. Support supervisors in ensuring staff implement EBPs with fidelity.
  • Offer case consultation to clinical teams.
  • Co-develop an EBP Learning Community, including co-designing and facilitating meetings and training materials.
  • Opportunity to provide clinical supervision to staff.
  • Deliver direct services to children and youth affected by trauma.
  • Collect and analyze data to track project progress and outcomes.
  • Conduct community outreach, presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be a licensed clinician in a mental health field, with LCSW or LMHC and diagnostic privileges preferred.
  • Experience with at least one trauma-informed clinical model, such as TF-CBT, DBT, the ARC Framework, CBITS, or similar approaches.
  • Preferred experience in providing clinical training and supervision.
  • Extensive knowledge of trauma and experience working with children, youth, and families impacted by complex trauma.
  • Experience delivering clinical treatment in a clinic setting.
