You will be tasked with building and deploying advanced speech-to-voice AI agents that seamlessly integrate within mainstream enterprise environments. Utilizing cutting-edge tools like RAG pipelines, LangChain, LangSmith, LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning, you will fine-tune and develop sophisticated products that are poised to push the boundaries of the industry.

The person:

* Experience building and deploying AI agents into production.

* Strong text to speech, voice AI, Conversational AI or speech to voice AI experience.

* Experience within Machine learning

* Passionate about optimizing AI for the greater good!

* Passion for pushing the boundaries of AI.

The role:

* Lead, build and deploy advanced speech-to-voice AI agents into production,

* Optimizing machine learning techniques including NLP and speech recognition!

* Working with the latest and cutting edge AI technology and tools

* Working within a close knit and highly skilled AI team

* Drive R&D initiatives to refine and advance AI systems

* Operate autonomously in a highly technical role, working closely with the VP of Engineering
