About the Role

We are seeking a Labourer to join our refurbishment and planned works team based in Cheltenham. In this role, you will provide essential support by making deliveries and collections to site, as well as assisting tradespeople with rip-outs and site clean-up.

Your Responsibilities as a Labourer:

  • Driving a long-wheelbase van to carry out deliveries, collections, and general site support.
  • Assisting with kitchen and bathroom rip-outs, removing rubble, and maintaining site cleanliness.
  • Using initiative to complete tasks efficiently, ensuring health and safety protocols and a high-quality finish.
  • Prioritizing health and safety for yourself, your team, and customers, ensuring all work environments remain safe and that documentation is completed at every stage.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience working as a Labourer or General Operative in a trade-based environment.
  • Ability to work professionally and respectfully in various settings, including private homes and communal/public spaces.
  • A full and valid UK driving licence (essential for this role).
