Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java with expertise in Spring Boot/WebFlux.
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture, domain-driven design, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS) with high transaction volumes.
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and architectural design patterns.
- Familiarity with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot for building scalable applications.
- Knowledge of modern build strategies, continuous integration (CI), unit testing, and automated integration testing.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
- Equivalent alternatives may be considered:
- PhD or Law degree + 1 year of experience.
- Master’s degree + 0-3 years of experience.
- Associate’s degree + 1-3 years of experience.
- High School diploma + 3-5 years of experience.
Soft Skills & Methodologies:
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative and complex environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a self-starter attitude.
