Job Summary
This role involves working on Billing Projects, Enhancements, and Operational Support while ensuring the smooth functioning of business processes. Responsibilities include reviewing dashboards and reports, identifying issues and opportunities, and presenting strategic solutions to executive leadership. While IT handles system development, this role focuses on workflow analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration understanding, testing, and presenting findings to leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- Experience: Minimum six (6) years in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of Epic Resolute Billing (technical, not just end-user) and a solid understanding of revenue cycle operations.
- Location: Must reside within driving distance of Pasadena, CA or be willing to relocate.
