Job Location: USA
Salary: $19.80/hr
Company Name: Purple

Company Overview

Welcome to Purple—home of the revolutionary Purple Grid™. Ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction for bed-in-a-box mattresses by J.D. Power, we are recognized for delivering the best in both support and comfort. As an innovation-driven brand, our mission is to enhance lives by ensuring Every Body experiences the comfort they deserve and the support they need. Our premium comfort products begin in the bedroom and extend far beyond, offering mattresses, bedding, bases, seat cushions, dog beds, and more—making Purple synonymous with true comfort, innovation, and well-being.

While many mattress brands focus solely on simplifying the buying experience with standard foam mattresses, Purple goes further by creating a better mattress and an enhanced buying experience. Designed with Purple Grid™ technology, our mattresses provide instant softness where you want it and firmness where you need it—delivering unmatched comfort and back support simultaneously. Plus, with 1,500+ open airways, our design promotes airflow to dissipate heat rather than trap it, ensuring a cool, restful sleep.

Our journey began in 1989, when engineer brothers Tony and Terry Pearce set out to invent groundbreaking technology and create local jobs that positively impact lives. Over the past 30+ years, they have transformed the comfort industry by pioneering No Pressure® cushioning materials—used in everything from wheelchairs and critical care hospital beds to sporting goods and high-end mattresses. In September 2015, they introduced the No-Compromise Purple® Mattress on Kickstarter, launching a wave of continuous innovation, improvement, and comfort-driven solutions that continue to shape a better, more comfortable world.
