MarinHealth Spine Institute | UCSF Health
MarinHealth Spine Institute serves the Northern Bay Area in providing top-tier spine care for patients in our community. Our team is multi-disciplinary and works cohesively to provide the latest evidence-based innovations in spine surgery, interventional spine, and non-operative spine care. The site is also a research site for advanced interventional spine and pain procedures.

The Position:

Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O.
- Emphasis on intervention with all advanced therapies and the ability to work with surgeons on all of their diagnostic injections.
- Applicants must be board-eligible or certified in either PM&R with Pain Medicine Fellowship training or Anesthesiology with Pain Medicine Fellowship training
- Open to experienced physicians or new grads
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences
- Practice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is based on specialty, and is commensurate with experience and training. We provide a 2-year base guarantee, with a compensation range of $350 – $600k (depending on specialty).
