Responsibilities

  • Support the photographer during photoshoots and post-production.
  • Utilize Capture One for seamless tethering, organizing photos, naming assets according to conventions, and making basic adjustments.
  • Assist in managing the studio space and maintaining photography equipment.
  • Perform image retouching in Photoshop while ensuring consistency in style and quality.
  • Help oversee the workflow of digital assets from creation to final delivery.

Requirements

  • Eager to gain hands-on experience as a Photo Assistant and Image Retoucher.
  • Basic knowledge of camera functions, lenses, settings, and controls.
  • Understanding of lighting techniques, equipment usage, and on-set safety.
  • Familiarity with Apple OS and Capture One.
  • Fundamental grasp of non-destructive editing processes in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Interest or skills in video and motion capture are a plus.
  • Ability to adapt, think on your feet, and solve problems creatively.
  • Enthusiastic about learning through experience and working collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of composition and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for creative problem-solving and delivering high-quality visual content
