The Role:

As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll be the voice of Bunch, connecting with potential customers over the phone and guiding them towards our bundled energy, broadband, and water solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driven by the opportunity to earn generous commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Sell: Connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and present our bundled services in a compelling way.
  • Lead the Way: Nurture leads from initial contact to successful sign-up, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  • Track Your Progress: Manage your sales pipeline and report on your performance, using data to drive your success.
  • Innovate and Grow: Collaborate with the team to develop new sales strategies and boost customer acquisition.
  • Be a Team Player: Work seamlessly with other departments to ensure a cohesive sales process.

  • Sales Experience (Preferred): While not essential, previous experience in a B2C sales setting is a plus.

  • A salary of £25k, increasing to £27,500 upon passing probation (6 months).
