What You’ll Be Doing:

Engage with our online community of partners through social media and email, providing valuable feedback, product insights, social media strategies, and customer support across departments.
Assist in creating educational resources, training materials, and social media content around our brand, products, discount links, and commission processes to support our partners’ success.
Reach out to qualified potential social and customer partners, highlighting the benefits, perks, and mission of the program to encourage new sign-ups.
Conduct competitive research on influencer and ambassador marketing programs to help grow and improve our program’s reach and engagement.
Track and analyze the results of current influencer and ambassador campaigns, using a data-driven approach.

Qualifications (Note: We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of these criteria):

Strong ability to identify communication and growth opportunities.
Advanced understanding of social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube) and the influencer landscape.
Passionate about social media and influencers.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience in written communication.
A self-starter with the confidence to take initiative when needed.
Currently enrolled in or have completed an accredited 4-year university.
