Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Analysis-
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including potential stockouts and overstock situations.
- Manage STEM & Availability for the related portfolio
- Inventory Management-
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize holding costs and maximize product availability.
- Implement and maintain inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaboration-
- Collaborate with Regional Supply & Demand organization to execute forecast & supply & inventory improvement plans
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Performance Reporting-
- Prepare and present Availability reports and Supply risks.
- Undertake root cause analysis of OTIFD impact to develop corrective action plans to ensure reliability of supply
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
- Customer Service-
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate and reliable product supply.
- Address and resolve any supply chain issues that may impact customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software (e.g., SAP, Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proactive and able to anticipate and address potential issues.

Education-
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience-
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, or a related role.
- Experience in the healthcare or consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
