Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Analysis-
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including potential stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Manage STEM & Availability for the related portfolio
  • Inventory Management-
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize holding costs and maximize product availability.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaboration-
  • Collaborate with Regional Supply & Demand organization to execute forecast & supply & inventory improvement plans
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting-
  • Prepare and present Availability reports and Supply risks.
  • Undertake root cause analysis of OTIFD impact to develop corrective action plans to ensure reliability of supply
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Customer Service-
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate and reliable product supply.
  • Address and resolve any supply chain issues that may impact customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software (e.g., SAP, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Education-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience-

  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, or a related role.
  • Experience in the healthcare or consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
