IT Operations & Digital Strategy
- Manage IT infrastructure, budget & digital projects
- Enhance business processes using SharePoint & PowerAutomate
- Ensure digital compliance & cybersecurity best practices
Project Leadership & Technical Support
- Lead strategic IT initiatives & digital accreditation projects
- Provide limited on-site IT support (20%) & manage hardware distribution
- Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows & data management
Skills & Experience Required
Essential Skills for Success
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, InTune & PowerAutomate
- Experience in Power BI, PowerApps & API integrations
- Strong project management & documentation skills
- Understanding of UK GDPR & Cyber Essentials Plus compliance
- Knowledge of JavaScript & automation tools
