Key Responsibilities of a Human Resources Officer
- Advise managers on employment law, company policies, and best HR practices
- Support HR Business Partners in managing employee relations and compliance
- Assist in talent management, performance reviews, and policy implementation
- Facilitate effective communication, change management, and engagement strategies
- Handle TUPE processes, employee disputes, and negotiations with Trade Unions
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 qualification with extensive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and TUPE regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
